What Happens Next

  • A service agreement and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be sent for signature
    • You’ll also receive a W-9, HIPAA certificate, and a simple onboarding guide for your records
    • Monthly retainers are invoiced on a recurring basis
    • Onboarding details will be shared within 24-48 business hours
    • A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation
