What Happens Next

  • A service agreement and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be sent for signature and approval.

  • Once signed, your invoice will be sent based on your selected payment method

  • You’ll also receive a W-9, HIPAA certificate, and a simple onboarding guide for your records

  • Onboarding details will be shared within 24-48 business hours

Spots are intentionally limited to ensure each practice receives dedicated, high-quality support.

Billing & Retainer Terms:

  • For ongoing services, Zelle is preferred for simplicity and efficiency.

  • Credit card payments are available and include a 3% processing fee.

  • Retainers are structured as monthly packages based on a 4-week month. In months with a 5th week, the additional week will be billed at your standard weekly rate. Any work exceeding the included monthly hours will be discussed and approved in advance before being billed.

  • Monthly retainers are invoiced on a recurring basis

  • A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation, unless otherwise outlined in the service agreement.
