What Happens Next
A service agreement and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be sent for signature and approval.
Once signed, your invoice will be sent based on your selected payment method
You’ll also receive a W-9, HIPAA certificate, and a simple onboarding guide for your records
Onboarding details will be shared within 24-48 business hours
Spots are intentionally limited to ensure each practice receives dedicated, high-quality support.
Billing & Retainer Terms:
For ongoing services, Zelle is preferred for simplicity and efficiency.
Credit card payments are available and include a 3% processing fee.
Retainers are structured as monthly packages based on a 4-week month. In months with a 5th week, the additional week will be billed at your standard weekly rate. Any work exceeding the included monthly hours will be discussed and approved in advance before being billed.
Monthly retainers are invoiced on a recurring basis
A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation, unless otherwise outlined in the service agreement.
