What Happens Next
A service agreement and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be sent for signature and acceptance.
Once accepted and signed, your invoice will be sent based on your selected payment method
You’ll also receive a W-9, HIPAA certificate, and a simple onboarding guide for your records
Onboarding details will be shared within 24-48 business hours
Spots are intentionally limited to ensure each practice receives dedicated, high-quality support.
Billing & Retainer Terms:
For ongoing services, Zelle is preferred for simplicity and efficiency.
Credit card payments are available and include a 3% processing fee.
Retainers are structured based on an agreed hourly rate and weekly support hours. Services are delivered Monday through Friday and monthly billing is adjusted based on the number of scheduled workdays within each billing period.
Because the number of workdays may vary by month, total monthly hours and invoice amounts may vary accordingly.
All services are billed monthly in advance and invoices are issued on a recurring basis.
Any time exceeding the calculated monthly hours will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation, unless otherwise outlined in the Service Agreement.
