Recommended Starting Point
Based on your current needs, I recommend starting with a 15-hour per week (60 hours/month) Thrive Retainer for the first month.
While we typically structure retainers per provider to ensure consistent, dedicated support, we can absolutely begin with one Thrive retainer supporting the practice as a whole during this onboarding and organization phase. As patient volume and workflow demands become clearer, we can reassess and adjust the structure as needed.

Ensure consistent, reliable support during this growth period
After the first month, we will reassess your workflow, volume, and provider needs to determine whether to maintain, increase, or transition to dedicated support per provider.
