Founder & Lead VA
A little more about me.
I’m bi-lingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. I understand the in’s and out’s of the US healthcare system and how to navigate it. With extensive experience in the medical field with Family Medicine, DPC, Private Medical Practices and traditional health care corporations, I have developed a range of skills including attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and process management that are crucial for a successful VA with a deep understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
After 25+ years of working in healthcare, I decided to take my organizational skills, clinical background and passion for efficiency into the VA world. From Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Newborn hearing screenings in Labor & Delivery to ICU care, Detox Centers, Mental Health, Family Medicine, CMA, Phlebotomy & more.
I've worn many hats in healthcare and these experiences have shaped my deep understanding of patient care, practice operations, and the challenges medical professionals face daily.
Now, as a seasoned Medical VA and business owner, I have the unique pleasure of blending my expertise in healthcare and business operations to create a service that truly makes a difference.
So, what makes me great at what I do? I like to think it’s a combination of my years of experience in healthcare, my dedication and passion.
I look forward to the opportunity to work together!

Q&A
-
Cost-Effective Solution: Hiring a full-time in-person employee can be costly for small businesses, especially when considering salary, benefits, and overhead costs. Virtual administrators offer a cost-effective solution as they work remotely and are typically hired on a freelance or contract basis.
Time-saving: Delegating administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and data entry to a VA allows you to focus on patient care.
-
Data Security and Confidentiality: When working with a virtual administrator based in the USA, you can be confident your data is secure and confidential. They are bound by US data protection laws and regulations, which means they must adhere to strict guidelines when handling sensitive information.
Benefits: Working with a virtual administrator based in the USA offers many benefits, including time zone convenience, cultural understanding, language proficiency, work ethic and professionalism, and data security and confidentiality. These factors can significantly impact the success of your business, making it essential to carefully consider your options when choosing a virtual administrator.
Cultural Understanding: A virtual administrator based in the USA has a better understanding of the culture and business practices in the US. This means they are more likely to understand your business needs and goals. For example, if you run a small business that caters to the healthcare industry, a VA based in the USA would have a better understanding of the nuances of the industry and the specific needs of your clients / patients. They would be more familiar with the terminology, regulations, and standards in the industry, which would enable them to communicate more effectively with your customers, partners, or patients. This would help to build trust and credibility, which is essential for the success of your business. You only get one chance to make a good impression.
