A little more about me.

I’m bilingual in English and Spanish with over 26 years of experience in healthcare across Family Medicine, Direct Primary Care (DPC), private practices, and traditional healthcare systems. My background spans Neonatal Intensive Care, ICU, Mental Health, Detox, Newborn Hearing in Labor & Delivery, Medical Assisting, and Phlebotomy.

  • I’ve worn many hats in healthcare, and over the years, these experiences have shaped a deep understanding of patient care, practice operations, and the day-to-day challenges medical professionals face.

    Now, as a seasoned Medical VA and business owner, I have the unique pleasure of blending my expertise in healthcare and business operations to create a service that truly makes a difference.

    What sets me apart is the combination of years of experience in healthcare, my dedication, and my passion for supporting providers and helping practices run more efficiently.

Virtual Medical Assistant

Veronica Lebron brings 12 + years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and Patient care technician.

  • Veronica began in family medicine, serving a diverse population which taught her the importance of culturally sensitive care.

    She then transitioned into pediatrics, where she scribed for physicians and later worked in allergy & immunology performing skin prick tests. For the past few years she has served as a Senior Tech in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

    Across these roles, Veronica has gained expertise in multitasking, EMR documentation, medication administration, handling vaccinations, and patient care coordination, with a strong focus on providing calm and compassionate support.

Virtual Medical Assistant

Joselin brings over 11 years of experience supporting healthcare teams in both admin and clinical roles.

  • Joselin’s experience includes: front desk coordination, pharmacy support, and medical assisting. She has a strong understanding of patient flow and day-to-day practice operations.

    She is experienced in managing schedules, coordinating patient care, and supporting documentation workflows, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Joselin also brings a strong analytical skillset from her work in claims auditing and payment accuracy, where she helped ensure data integrity and improve internal processes. Known for her calm, detail-oriented approach, Joselin enjoys bringing structure and clarity to busy practices - making her a dependable extension of the team.
