Founder | CEO | Practice Operations Consultant
A little more about me.
I'm bilingual in English and Spanish with over 26 years of experience in healthcare across Family Medicine, Direct Primary Care, private practices, and traditional healthcare systems. My background spans Neonatal Intensive Care, ICU, Mental Health, Detox, and Newborn Hearing in Labor & Delivery and more.
-
That range isn't a résumé accident. Moving between NICU, ICU, mental health, detox, specialty care and the front and back office of family medicine practices, I kept seeing the same thing: the clinical care was rarely the problem. What wore people down was everything around it - prior authorizations stalling for weeks, a fax inbox nobody owned, records requests stacking up while the provider was in a room with a patient.
I've worked those problems from both sides, clinically and operationally, and that's the perspective I bring to every practice we support. It's also why our team is made up of medical assistants, patient care coordinators, and licensed nurses rather than general virtual assistants. Independent medicine deserves support from people who've actually done the work.
If you're carrying more of your practice's operations than you should be, I'd like to hear about it.
