A little more about me.
I'm bilingual in English and Spanish with over 26 years of experience across nearly every side of healthcare - from direct patient care and clinical support to behavioral health, billing, practice operations, and management.
My background has taken me through Primary Care, specialty practices, ICU, Telemetry, Labor & Delivery, NICU, behavioral health, addiction treatment, and community-based care. I've worked as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, Newborn Hearing Screener, and in healthcare operations; managed both behavioral health and methadone treatment offices; and led a residential group home serving homeless adults living with mental illness.

That range isn't a résume accident. Moving between hospitals, specialty and primary care practices, behavioral health, and the front and back office of healthcare, I kept seeing the same thing: the clinical care was rarely the problem. What wore people down was everything around it-prior authorizations stalling for weeks, a fax inbox nobody owned, records requests stacking up while the provider was in a room with a patient.
I've worked those problems from both sides, clinically and operationally, and that's the perspective I bring to CIVA and every practice we support. It's also why our team is made up of medical assistants, patient care coordinators, and licensed nurses rather than general virtual assistants. Independent medicine deserves support from people who've actually done the work.

Gloria is Bilingual in both English and Spanish and a Licensed Vocational Nurse with over 10 years of diverse healthcare experience in school nursing, remote patient care, and community health. She has worked as an RPM and CCM nurse, providing care coordination, patient education, and ongoing support to help individuals manage their health with confidence.
Known for her compassionate approach and strong communication skills, Gloria brings expertise in EMR documentation, multitasking, and building meaningful relationships with patients and families. She is dedicated to helping healthcare teams stay organized and efficient so providers can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Veronica Lebron brings 12 + years of experience as a CMA and Patient care technician.

Veronica began in family medicine, serving a diverse population which taught her the importance of culturally sensitive care.
She then transitioned into pediatrics, where she scribed for physicians and later worked in allergy & immunology performing skin prick tests. For the past few years she has served as a Senior Tech in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Across these roles, Veronica has gained expertise in multitasking, EMR documentation, medication administration, handling vaccinations, and patient care coordination, with a strong focus on providing calm and compassionate support.

Outside of nursing, Natasha enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, and especially enjoying the holidays.
